Hunting related:

'We' and/or 'us' here means Artsho Corp., the We Duck Hunt
Guide Service, the owner(s), director(s), representative(s),
employee(s), agent(s) and/or guide(s) of our services.

'You' refers to a customer, potential customer, plus those 
accompanying person(s) or guest(s), whether adult or child,
who seek or employ the service(s) related to the hunting
excursions provided on this web site either directly or
indirectly, such as by online booking directly by and for
yourself or acting as agent and/or representative on the
behalf of others who will, have or did join you in the
planned or actual participation of the same service(s).

'Opener' means the opening day of the particular season.

'Nonopening' refers to days other than the season opener.

'Solo' means only one (1) person in addition to the guide.

Refunds for cancellations of a guided hunt from us to you:

Orders not placed greater than 3 days before a scheduled
hunt date cannot be properly scheduled and may result in
an outing to be missed. In such a limited time frame, it
is best to call about the schedule before ordering online.  

We do not assume, offer, provide, or in any way suggest an
assumption of support, in terms of anyone's own negligence
or oversight on their behalf, should harm or injury result
or be caused by another's actions, inattentions, failure
to be diligent of others or by inaction; however, we do
at the source of our service basis keep the number of
customers on a guided hunt to a maximum of three per
group, and that in order to increase everyones'
personal and personal property safety and protection.

Customers must assume full responsibility and/or burden for
their own personal insurance, health and safety. We do not
and will not assume any burden or liability in terms of how
or if another handles him/herself or their equipment, dog
or vehicle. Given a potential customer either does not have
or cannot rely on their own coverage, any such potential
customer is discouraged from participating in all hunts.

Each and all customers and/or person(s) having booked or
who were booked on a guided hunt will in and under all
circumstances, situations, cases, causes and instances
assure, protect and safeguard us against any and all
past, present and/or future burden, weight, physical,
emotional, tangible, intangible, perceived, real or
imagined liability, offense, hurt, damage, failure,
bereavement, injury, casualty, penalty, forfeiture,
cost, and/or any and all indirect and associated
financial judgement(s) and/or loss(es) and/or
claim(s) which have, do or might result due
to our serving to guide you and/or others
in what is clearly known to be a
dangerous outdoor activity.

Further, booking (or ordering) or being a participant on
or in one of the guided hunts provided by us includes,
by all and each of you, to include but not be limited
by your parent(s), assigns, spousal partner(s), children,
familiy, families, relative(s), employer(s), a complete
and fully acknowledged agreement to and a wholly
guaranteed waiver of any and all past, present or
future rights to any and all claims, judgements,
participation, accusations, decisions against
any and all of us.

General:

All communication related items displayed on any of our sites
must be in the English language.

Placing an order with Artsho does not include any provision 
limiting our business conduct in terms of other customers.

Rates, terms and conditions for Artsho services are subject
to revision with the passage of time, and take effect when
uploaded to the internet. Prepaid service orders received
prior to a revision will be processed at the old rate;
subsequent orders will be at the new rate.

If making payment by mail: we will accept either a money
order or cashiers check, USD, payable to Artsho Corp.;
it must be received before we will accept any order;

It is the sole responsibility of a customer and/or his
agent to assure that Artsho receives the full, correct
information when the order is initially placed, and no
less than five full business days before a customer's
desired date of an undertaking.

We will address problems after notification of the existence.

Artsho Corp. extends no guarantee or warranty in any terms of
outing results. Further, Artsho does not offer or provide any
form of warranty or liability related or due to a hunt deemed
less than expected, inability to hunt caused by weather or
traveling conditions, inaccurately provided data, loss or
interruption of service, business or business revenue.
Artsho reserves the right to govern guided services.

Ads placed on Artsho Corp. web sites are not endorsements
by Artsho for the advertisers, their product or service.
Artsho does not attempt to validate or verify the info
provided by advertisers or their agents, and accepts
no burden to do so for their potential customers.

Artsho Corp. retains all rights to continue or discontinue
providing service to any customer.  Artsho Corp. does not
relinquish any right in the intent, purpose, application,
use or final choices of exercising its own discretion in
the process of conducting business.

No other agreement, either written or implied, will negate,
supplement or override any element of these conditions and
terms, unless personally signed by the Artsho Corp. owner.

Litigation against Artsho Corp. will be conducted within
Harris Co., governed by US law and of the State of Texas.

Placing an order on any of the web sites made available
by Artsho Corp. is an acknowledged agreement to these
terms and conditions in whole.
